Off to a good start!
Well, here I am on day three and I’m already down 2 pounds. I’m trying to ignore the voice in my head saying, “Yeah, but that’s just water weight!” I don’t care if it is water weight, it’s still a start, right?
Anyway, I got my Gazelle from UPS last night and have used it today. I only went about 20 minutes, but again, it’s a start! When I first got on it, I thought, there’s no way this can work. After 20 minutes, I changed my tune! I love it though, it’s quiet enough that I can hear my kids if they start crying. Speaking of which, gotta go.
