I knew it was wrong!
Well, I knew it was too good to be true. I stepped on the scale today and the 4 pounds that I had lost have found their way back home. Still, I refuse to get too discouraged. I just hopped back on my Gazelle and went 2.5 miles to make sure I get this weight off!!! I’m sick of carrying it around. I have to admit though that I am a bit disappointed as it was the first time in three years that I had been below 220. Oh well. I’ll just have to work harder. I’m hanging on to a shred of hope that it’s just because it’s “that time” and it will go away in a few days. Yeah, right, dream on.
On the upside. I have been working out much more faithfully than I ever have before. Not only that, but I don’t dread it like I used to. Have I mentioned that I LOVE my Gazelle?!!!
I think I say that in nearly every blog.
I have to get rid of this belly so I can make it grow again. Explanation: I have two kids (daughter-3 years old in 12 days and son-15 months old) and want two more. I’ve just come from visiting a beautiful 2 day old baby girl. It really makes me want more. Funny how that works. My dh and I agree on wanting a total of four but I would like to get rid of some of the weight from my first one before I go for number 3.
I AM DETERMINED THIS TIME!!! GOODBYE FAT!!!!!
Until next time, may God bless you and your efforts with great rewards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Cindy, I no that you will able to get the weight off. Shoot you are back on track already just blogging here and tell us what you did. Good luck and I no you will succeed!!! Huggs

I always have been the same way, see a new baby = want a new baby!
Glad to hear you’re keeping a good attitude despite the scale. Don’t let it dictate how you feel, hang in there and you’re going to be just fine!
