New Challenges
Here’s to new challenges. I opened my big yap yesterday on one of the forums and told everybody that I do 5 miles in 60-63 minutes. Now I have some challengers who are wanting to pass me in that. Well, I just can’t let that happen!!
So, now I have to challenge myself to do more. Usually, by the end of my 5 miles, I’m a little tired but I will try to continue for 6 miles tomorrow!! If I can’t do it, then I’ll just have to go for 5 in the morning and more in the evening. Now, I just need some challenge with my strength training. Actually, what I do is challenging enough for me. I guess what I need is some direction.
I have to say also, that I love being a part of the new challenge teams. GO JAGUARS!!!! Good luck to everyone involved and thanks for letting me be a part of it all. You guys are a lot of fun but you are also very motivating and enocouraging. As for you Wonder Woman……well, what can I say? You may have “burned” me last night, but you’ll get your due. 
Okay, one last thing, I’m having trouble changing my weight ticker. Not the weight but the actual pics. It won’t let me change the apple to something else. I do it and it won’t save. Anybody got some help to offer?

For a runner, I say it again!! Lean muscle mass is much denser and weighs more than fat… You will notice yourself loosing inches and not weight for a while… before the scale starts to move… K! Great work…
