Comments(2) I took my day off a little early this week….not intentionally. I had a little trouble with my dd last night and let that ruin my night. I had been OP all day and was doing great…then, she threw a little fit. That’s the bad thing…it really was LITTLE!! She’s usually pretty good but she really grated on my nerves last night. Seems odd…I usually don’t let it get to me like that.
Anyway, as I was saying, she’s usually pretty good. She rarely acts up and for 3 years old that’s pretty darn good!! When she DOES act up, all I have to do is threaten to take a point away from her and she straightens right up. She has a rewards calendar and if she gets 5 points in a day, she gets to put a sticker on the calendar for the day. If she gets 25 stickers in a month, she gets a special treat at the end of the month. She didn’t make it in March so she’s really wanting to get it this month. A simple, “Do I need to take a point away?” and she is back to her usual self. NOT LAST NIGHT!!! I can’t stand for her to tell me no and she did that several times. Blah, blah, blah….I know I’m boring everyone.
Point is…I let my anger send me to the freezer for some ice cream. I’ve been doing pretty good when it comes to getting angry … I take it out on my gazelle. I lost the battle last night. BUT I haven’t lost the war. I’m back and better today. I’m all set for my 5 mile workout followed by some strength training. AND, I don’t have to worry about the ice cream today …..(it’s gone 
).

Oh, I’m not putting my ticker back up until Dr. Marc gets it fixed. I can’t change it so he tried and now I’m stuck with a frog with a pawprint background.
